Shopify Jewelry Sales Terms / Terms & Conditions 

1. Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods available at checkout. Prices are displayed in US unless otherwise specified.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping is done via DHL, FedEx, or local postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless a promotion states free shipping.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or delays.


3. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the jewelry.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

4. Product Description and Liability

We do not guarantee any therapeutic or healing effects of stones.
The store is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect.

5. Care Instructions

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals to maintain the jewelry’s quality.
Store in a dry, cool place in the original packaging or jewelry box.

Customer information is collected solely for order processing and customer service.
